Jeffrey Edward Notarangelo

January 5, 1964 — May 24, 2026

Mr. Jeffrey Notarangelo, known to family and friends as Jeff, passed away in Rochester, Minnesota, after complications from leukemia, leaving behind a legacy of love, strength, and laughter that will be cherished always.

Jeff was born on January 5, 1964, in Baltimore, Maryland, to Joseph and Joan U. Notarangelo. He lived a life marked by steady purpose, warm humor, and a deep commitment to the people he loved. He carried himself with a spirit that was both strong and gentle, and those who knew him will remember him as a funny, loving, and courageous man whose presence brought comfort and joy to others. His life reflected the values of a Christian faith that guided him through both ordinary days and difficult seasons, and he faced each chapter with grace and perseverance.

Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, a foundation that supported a distinguished and meaningful career. He devoted 20 years of service to Valspar Corp. and later served for 9 years with Interplastic Corp., where he held the roles of Vice President of Enterprise Excellence and Vice President of Operations. In each position, he was respected for his leadership, his integrity, and his ability to bring out the best in those around him.

Above all else, Jeff was a devoted family man. He is survived by his beloved spouse, Joan C. Notarangelo, and his children, Paul Notarangelo, Mike Notarangelo, Ann Notarangelo, and Kate Robinson. His family was the center of his heart, and he found great joy in being present for them in everyday life. He was a loving husband and father who offered encouragement, laughter, and steadfast support. His home was a place where stories were shared, jokes were told, and love was expressed freely. He especially enjoyed cooking for his family, a simple act that reflected the care and generosity he carried into all that he did.

As a Christian, Jeff lived with faith in God's goodness and the hope that comes through Christ. He reflected God's unconditional love, always extending grace with a hug. Though his earthly journey has ended, those who loved him take comfort in the promise of eternal life and in the assurance that he is now at peace in the presence of the Lord. His courage during illness was a witness to the strength of his character and the depth of his faith. Even in hardship, he continued to bring joy and laughter to those around him.

Jeff's life was a blessing to all who had the privilege of knowing him. He will be remembered for his humor, loving heart and courage. Words cannot capture everything he meant to family and friends. May his memory remain a source of comfort and joy, may he rest in the eternal peace of God, and may we carry his legacy as a blessing.

A Memorial service to celebrate his life and legacy will be held at the Mission Orthodox Presbyterian Church, 1040 Como Ave, St. Paul MN 55103 on Saturday, 30th of May, at 11:00am.
