Jill Arnold

Jill Arnold, age 71, of Rochester, Minnesota, passed away peacefully at home on July 21, 2025, surrounded by the family she loved so dearly.

Born on June 9, 1954, in Breckenridge, MN, Jill was the daughter of Charles and Shirley Vail. She grew up in Milnor, North Dakota, where she met the love of her life, Rick Arnold. High school sweethearts, Jill and Rick married in 1973 and shared 52 devoted years together-years filled with adventure, joy, and unwavering partnership.

Their journey as a couple began in Germany and took them across the United States, with stops in Virginia, Alaska, and North Dakota before they settled in Rochester, MN, in 1996. Everywhere life took them, Jill brought a sense of home.

Jill was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She is survived by her husband Rick; their three children, Jason Arnold (Alison), Tina Whipple (Eric), and Marcus Arnold (Jami); eleven grandchildren-Brooke Hernandez (Jesus), Dylan Barry (Erica), Nathan Arnold, Morgan Arnold, Dontarius Arnold, Eloise Arnold, Nora Arnold, Jack Arnold, Krystan Arnold, Jaysen Arnold, and Carsen Arnold; and six great-grandchildren who will carry her memory and warmth in their hearts.

Jill dedicated 20 years of her life to Kwik Trip, retiring with the affection and respect of coworkers and customers alike. Known for her quiet strength and gentle smile, she made countless friendships through her work.

At home, Jill found joy in candle making, crafting, and baking-especially when it meant spending time with her grandchildren, who were her greatest pride. Her creativity and loving spirit will echo in every handmade creation and family recipe passed down.

Jill's life was a gift to all who knew her. She will be missed beyond measure and remembered with deep love.

A celebration of life will be held at 11:00am on Thursday, July 24, 2025 at Maxon Family Cremation & Life Celebrations, with an hour of visitation prior.
