Katherine Lee Follensbee (Brinker) died on July 28, 2025. Katherine was born to Richard and Patricia Brinker on May 6, 1960 in Livonia, Michigan. She was an RN who worked at Mayo Clinic for the past 25 years. She was a joyful woman whose faith was deeply connected to her love and care for others.
Katherine is survived by her husband Donald Follensbee, stepmother Dr. Nancy Brinker, sons, Nicholas and Jonathan Schlaud, sisters Julie (Joel) Young, Carolyn (John) McNulty, Mary (Mark) Wanser, Jennifer Edwards and many nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday October 4, 2025, from 1pm to 4pm at People of Hope Lutheran Church.
