Scott Robert Crews

Scott Robert Crews, age 49, unexpectedly passed away from unknown heart problems on August 14th 2026, in Rochester Minnesota. Scott was born on March 2nd 1977, to Monica Sutton and Bob Crews in Rochester where he lived most of his life. He graduated from John Marshal High School. Scott was a true Minnesotan and avid sports lover in a constant debate of the Vikings winning "this year". He loved spending time with his Fiancé Stacey Huber, his family, playing cribbage and watching all of the Minnesota professional teams. Scott was a man of few words but his love for his family was always felt and never wavered. Scott's pride and joy were his two kids Nathanial and Zoeyjane. When he wasn't with them, he was constantly sharing in their accomplishments and success. He spent the last 9 years with his Fiancé Stacey spending much of their time laughing, supporting each other and planning their future together. Scott will be greatly missed by all.

Survived in death by his Fiancé Stacey; Parents Moncia Sutton and Bob (Sue) Crews; children Nathanial Crews and Zoeyjane Crews; siblings Sara (Matt) Hanke, Ivy Crews, Nathaniel (Megan) Fuchs, David (Wendy) Crews, Vito (Racheal) Crews; nieces and nephews Simon, Lyla, Pieper, Carter, Oliver, Taylor, Alex, Donavan, Charlie, Frankie, Marley, Dylan, Valkyrie, Isabelle; Godparents Connie Weihe and Paul Sutton.

Preceded in death by grandparents Adele and Robert Crews and Frances and Francis Sutton; brother Danny Crews.

The memorial service to celebrate Scott's life will be held on Saturday, August 29, 2026 at the Rochester American Legion, 915 21st Ave SE Rochester, MN 55904, starting at 11am with remembrances beginning at 12pm. Vikings attire welcomed.
